what leads a person to coffee??
stimulus?? do u have to beat sleep with glee!!
is it a routine for your game??

examine what it does signify??
to the youth, nowadays, it makes time fly.
to the elderly its a pickmeup born of habit,
to the coffee farmers its pure profit!!

to latent minds its the tonic,
to impressionable minds its iconic,
to addicts like the RHYMONSTER its fuel,
to try to avoid it is to invite a internal duel!!

its acidity is legendary for the uninitiated,
after a cold coffee they feel totally sated,
but alas that feeling is comically ill fated,
cause an hour later ,hunger beckons .."uve been baited"!!

to hold onto the cup,fast losing warmth,yet comfortable,
to feel less sugar and more strength in a cup,thats admirable.
cause it undergoes drying,roasting,powdering,pressure and temperature,just so!!

everyone knows my love for coffee.whether a 12 buck cup at annapoorna in coimbatore.or a glass of jaggery sweetened coffee at home in coimbatore.or a smashing cappucino at coffee day.or a gourmet coffee at MOCHA churchgate mumbai served black with a french press.I just LOOOVVE it!!!so this post was way overdue...it is kind of a simple rhyme though!!HMMM
